What is the difference between Charts Pro and Grid Pro?
Charts Pro unlocks all 55+ charts and the dashboard designer, while including the basic Community Grid. Grid Pro unlocks advanced grid features like Pivot Mode and Excel Export, while including the basic Community Charts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard and visit the Licenses page to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We prorate upgrades automatically.
What happens when my license expires?
The last version you downloaded continues to work. You won't receive new updates or support until you renew.
