License Agreement | RadiantChart

1. Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and RadiantChart ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of RadiantChart software libraries, including but not limited to @radiant-charts/core and @radiant-grid/core (the "Software").

2. License Tiers

Community License

The Community License is available for individuals, non-profits, and small businesses with annual revenue under $1M USD. This license permits use in non-commercial and commercial projects with attribution.

Pro License (Charts & Grid)

The Pro License is required for commercial entities exceeding organizational revenue thresholds or requiring advanced features. This license is tied to a per-developer subscription model.

Enterprise License

For large organizations requiring custom SLAs, white-labeling, or unlimited developer seats. This tier supports specialized corporate procurement requirements, including custom invoicing via Purchase Orders (POs) and multi-year licensing agreements with fixed-rate guarantees. 3. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, RadiantChart grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the documentation provided.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software for the purpose of creating a competing charting product.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software that is provided in obfuscated or compiled form.
Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of RadiantChart or its affiliates.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of RadiantChart.

6. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or RadiantChart. RadiantChart may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.
