1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RadiantChart's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of License
Unless otherwise stated, RadiantChart and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on RadiantCharts. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from RadiantCharts for your own personal or commercial use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions and your specific license agreement.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or RadiantChart cancels it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RadiantChart, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
